1. Who we are

NexusMock (the “Service”) is operated by Francisco (the “Operator”), a self-employed individual based in Spain. Contact: info@nexusmock.com.

2. What we collect

We collect a minimal amount of data:

• Email addresses when you write to us, fill out a waitlist form, or download a free sample.
• Purchase data processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy — our Merchant of Record. We never see your full card details. See their Privacy Policy.
• Anonymous analytics on nexusmock.com via privacy-friendly providers that do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We do NOT collect: tracking cookies from advertising networks, your card details, your location beyond country-level analytics, or any data from third parties.

3. The datasets we sell are synthetic

Every dataset on nexusmock.com is fully synthetic. No row corresponds to a real person, card, merchant, transaction, attack, candidate, or wallet. Per RGPD Recital 26, synthetic data falling outside the scope of personal data is not personal data. Our datasets are designed to fall into that category.

4. Your rights under RGPD

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: (a) access the data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your data; (d) restrict processing; (e) data portability; (f) object to processing; and (g) lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nexusmock.com. We respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

We keep contact emails for as long as your enquiry is open or as required to maintain ongoing support. Purchase records are retained as required by Spanish tax law (typically 6 years). Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.

6. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date and, for active customers, send an email summarising the change.
