Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing nexusmock.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The Service

NexusMock publishes information about and offers for sale synthetic datasets in CSV format. Sales of paid datasets are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Your direct contractual counterparty for the purchase is Lemon Squeezy. Use of purchased datasets is governed by the commercial licence included with each download.

3. Free samples

Free sample files at /samples/* are provided for evaluation purposes under the same usage restrictions as the paid licence (no redistribution as a dataset, no representation as real data). Internal use, modification, and use in derivative products are permitted.

4. Synthetic data — disclaimer

All datasets distributed by NexusMock are fully synthetic. No row corresponds to a real person, card, merchant, transaction, attack, candidate, or wallet. Datasets are designed to be statistically plausible but do not represent any real-world portfolio. ML models trained exclusively on synthetic data may not exactly replicate the performance of models trained on real data. The Operator does not warrant that the data is suitable for any specific use case beyond the use cases documented in each dataset's README.

5. Intellectual property

The brand, copy, designs, source code, and documentation on nexusmock.com are owned by the Operator. The datasets themselves are licensed to buyers under a perpetual commercial licence shipped inside each package — see LICENSE.md inside the ZIP.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site.
• Use automated tools to flood the contact endpoints.
• Represent purchased synthetic data as real cardholder, candidate, or transaction data.
• Redistribute the raw datasets to third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. The Operator's total cumulative liability is capped at the amount paid by the buyer for the relevant dataset in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local EU law.
